Wednesday May 16th     Pick-up rehearsals at the Studio

5:30 – 6:15  Next Step (Scales and Arpeggios and I Wanna Be Like You)
5:45 – 6:45  Belle H (I Wanna Be Like You, then Musical Theatre)
6:20 – 6:45  Belle H, Isabel A, Amanda B, Kaitlin M, Ava S (Reviewing Musical Theatre)
6:45 – 7:30  Ballet Trio (Isabel A, Amanda B, Kaitlin M)
7:30 – 8:00  Kaitlin’s Solo

Thursday May 17th     Dress Rehearsal at PAC

Reminder to Parents and Students – Water Only in Costume – no eating or other drinking allowed while in costume. We appreciate your help in keeping our costumes in the best possible shape.

All students arrive at 4:30 pm. Parents must stay with their child up through the Foundations class.

4:30 – 5:00 – get into costumes and be seated in auditorium in row designated for your class.

4:30 – 4:40 – Tech Sleeping Beauty – Katie change into costume after
4:40 – 4:50 – Tech Mulan – change into costume after
4:50 – 5:00 – Tech Outcasts – Be in costume by 4:50

5:00 – All students in auditorium for special presentation

5:15 – All students in auditorium for instructions

5:25 – 5:55 – Finale

5:55 – 6:00 – all students return to proper row in auditorium, ready to start from the top

6:00 – 8:00 – Dress Rehearsal in show order

Note to Parents: Be sure to carefully re-hang all costume pieces on designated racks in hallway before leaving.
Students are welcome to watch remainder of show or are free to leave after their part once their costume is hung.
No students will be allowed in the auditorium during a performance.

Friday May 18th   School Shows

CALL – In the performance world “CALL” means the time your student needs to show up at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) with their performance hair and performance make up already completed, ready to get into their costumes.

First Show

8:00 – 8:30 Warm Up Class –  Transitions, Intermediate, Advanced – AT THE PAC
8:15 – CALL for All Students
9:15  First School Show
Students may leave when performance is finished and costumes are properly hung up.
All students need to be back at the PAC by noon. Please feed your students before returning.

Second Show

11:30 – 12:00 – Warm up class – Transitions, Intermediate, Advanced – AT THE PAC
12:00 – CALL for All Students
1:00  Second School Show
2:00 – 2:30 – Transitions, Intermediate and Advanced – please be on the stage in street clothes for notes

Students may leave for the day when performance is finished and costumes are properly hung up.

Please do not leave any valuable personal items at the PAC

Saturday May 19th    Matinee and Evening Performance

Matinee Performance

10:00 – 11:15 Warm Up Class – Transitions, Intermediate, Advanced – AT THE STUDIO!
11:30 – Call for Transitions, Intermediate and Advanced
12:00 – CALL for All Students
1:00 Matinee Performance
Students may leave the building after the performance is finished and costumes are properly hung up.
All students should return at 6:00

Evening Performance

4:30 – 5:45 Warm Up Class – Transitions, Intermediate, Advanced – AT THE PAC
6:00 CALL for All Students
7:00 Final Evening Performance

Our youngest dancers are free to leave when their costumes are properly rehung.
Beginning with Next Step Class: the dancer + 1 parent is requested to stay and help with Strike: packing out of the PAC

Dancers please check in dressing room for your clean up assignment.
